This company deserves five stars across-the-board. They are a family based and a pure referral based company, Eric is by far one of the best project managers we have worked with and we have done many projects to our home. Building a pool was probably the most expensive/scariest projects we decided to do, however, when Eric came to take a look at the property he was so easy to talk to, he was non-threatening there was absolutely no pressure, and I immediately felt like I trusted him off the bat. We had at least three companies come out for estimates, and nobody was as reassuring other than Sunset outdoor creations. BE CAREFUL who you hire as I noted significant differences in other companies in comparison to what they charge and what you will get when spending this much amount of money. He took care of every small little detail. He followed up every single time he said he was going to follow up. We loved the builder portal that they use to give us a big picture of how the project was going to run as far as time, payment etc. My husband is a contractor himself and he said that is one thing about this company that they did not lack was follow up and exceptional service and making sure we were happy. So many companies just don’t do their job 100% these days. I highly recommend this company for any home projects!!
